Join us as a Business Development Manager and help us grow our presence across our international markets! Your responsibility will be to manage the sales cycle from developing new opportunities to closing them. Spaceflow is currently present in 18 markets, including New York, London, Vienna, and Prague, and with your help, we want to strengthen our position with these markets even more!


About the role

We're looking for a self starter with strong SaaS acumen to join the UK team which is a hybrid remote/ office team.


Key objectives: 

  • To source, prospect, qualify, demonstrate to Landlords, Asset Managers and close new business across UK, CEE, BENELUX & DACH. 100% revenue generating new business role.
  • Experience in managing an annual quota of £350K - £500k
  • 3/5 years SaaS sales experience essential, ideally in Proptech 
  • German speaking a distinct advantage though not essential


Responsibilities

  • Generating new prospects via best in class sales tools and tech. 
  • Develop into a product and industry expert.
  • Acting as the face of Spaceflow, responsible for quoting, negotiating and closing new business. 
  • Understand, improve and report on sales metrics. 
  • Highly accurate on forecasting. 
  • Oversee activities, monitor performance and deliver continual training to the SDRs. 
  • Hunter mindset, actively responsible for their target, performance and solution driven initiatives.
