Join us as our first Account Manager and help us grow our presence across our international markets! Your responsibility will be to manage and grow our existing portfolio of clients as well as developing relationships and formulating account and expansion plans. Spaceflow is currently present in 18 markets, including New York, London, Vienna, and Prague, and with your help, we want to strengthen our position in these markets and work with the VP of Sales to build out the account management team. This role could easily develop into a Director level position.

We doubled in size last year and tripled our revenue. We're looking for a self starter with strong SaaS acumen to join the UK team which is a hybrid remote/ office team.

Key objectives:

To maintain Logo retention (renewals), upsell & cross sell across our portfolio of existing clients. Strategically map out growth opportunities and actionable points on delivering NRR.


Responsible for:

  • Managing all commercial aspects of relationships with existing customers, key areas; 
    • Net Revenue Retention. 
    • Logo Retention. 
    • Growth/ expansion of account.
    • Identify growth opportunities while aligning with critical sales business targets.
    • Build, grow and maintain relationships across your portfolio.
    • Conduct quarterly reviews in sync with CSM activities.
    • Create accounts plans for high growth opportunities with measurable and actionable next steps.
    • Gather information and insights to provide feedback for the rest of the business (product teams, marketing etc)
