HOW SHOULD OUR SUPERSTAR LOOK LIKE

- at least 3 years' Proptech sales experienceÂ
- Hunter mindset - your motivation is coming from achieving high but achievable goals
- Fluency in German (native) and English (C1-C2)
- 100% revenue-generating new business role
- Experience in managing an annual quota of âŹÂ 400K - âŹÂ 600k

YOUR DAY WOULD LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS
- Generating new prospects via best-in-class sales tool and technology
- Developing into a product and industry expert
- Acting as the face of Spaceflow, responsible for quoting, negotiating, and closing new business
- Developing relationship with the key stakeholders in the Real Estate market - Landlords, Asset Managers, Heads of Digital Transformation
- Overseeing activities, monitoring performance and deliver continual training to the SDRs
- Working closely with our VP Sales and his team
- Forecasting (with high accuracy)
- Understanding, improving, and reporting sales metrics
