CONTEXT
- As a company we want customers to achieve maximum value, grow their portfolios and become long-term partners so the Account Management Team makes sure that happens
- Reporting to Ken, VP of Sales, and our Account Director, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of mostly German-speaking customers
- This account is of high importance to the business and you will be building relationships within their organisation across DACH.
This will be the second Account Manager role within Spaceflow and for the right candidate, we envisage career progression to be fast.

YOUR DAY WOULD LOOK LIKE THIS âŹď¸
Â
- Managing all commercial aspects of relationships with existing customers, building relationships and understanding our customerâs business in order to provide appropriate solutionsÂ
- Identify growth opportunities while aligning with critical sales business objectives - build, grow and maintain relationships across your portfolioÂ
- Gather information and insights to provide feedback for the rest of the business (product teams, marketing etc.)Â
- Build long-term strategies with clients incorporating key account management of enterprise accounts

TO WIN THIS ROLE, you should have
Â
- Resourceful and results-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Excellent organisational skills incl. prioritising, scheduling, time management and proficiency in CRM systemsÂ
- Ability to work autonomously and be an agile individual
- Negotiating skills
- Proven track record collaborating/earning trust with challenging internal and external partners
- 2-4 years experience of account management demonstrating experience of discussing and negotiating cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Passion for technologyÂ
- Proficiency in German and English
- Experience of building and maintaining relationshipsÂ
- Background in Key Account and Enterprise Account management with experience in rolling out solutions across numerous teams, departments and geographies
YOU WILL SHINEÂ if you have
âď¸Â Experience in Pipedrive/ Monday/ Hubspot and Excel/Google SheetsÂ
âď¸ Experience within a SaaS or software companyÂ
âď¸ Knowledge of the property industry in DACH
